The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals. However, if you have items you must have on arrival ask your host and he will arrange to have them waiting for you.
Quiet residential neighborhood with unobstructed view of the beautiful Caribbean sea. The building is reinforced concrete and was built to withstand hurricanes. The very solid construction allows very good privacy room to room.

Three minute drive to downtown St Thomas, shopping, restaurants, goods and services, recreation and public transportation
Two minute walk to the beach-swim, snorkel, explore.
Two levels, 8,000 square feet total. The Downstairs level, is approximately 3700 and the upstairs is approximately 4300 sq ft, with marble floors throughout-perfect for entertaining. Each level has a large comfortable common area with TV area and a kitchen.

The Villa is completely Air Conditioning.
Caribbean air conditioning (low humidity and Trade winds that are very consistent) and Ceiling fans throughout make the need to use mechanical Air Conditioning normally unnecessary.

About the only thing you need to bring other than personal items would be large beach towels, if that is something you need.
